Dan Zayas

President

Dan has over 15 years of commercial property management experience. He worked as an Asset Manager with Adler Realty Investments overseeing all of their Southern California properties, which total over a million square feet.

As an Asset Manager he supervised four property managers and a maintenance crew of five. He was directly involved in the acquisitions of buildings, renovations and leasing of all properties. He also was responsible for lease renewal negotiations and the construction management of tenant improvements.

While at Adler his portfolio consisted of three office buildings in the Diamond Bar area, an office building complex in Orange County, two high rise buildings in Long Beach and buildings located in North Hollywood, Pomona, Pasadena and Glendale.

Prior to working at Adler Realty Investments he worked at Charles Dunn Real Estate Services where he managed over 700,000 square feet of retail and 300,000 square feet of office buildings located throughout Southern California.

He is a graduate from Brigham Young University and has obtained the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Darla Zayas

Vice President

Darla has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience. She worked as a property manager for CIM Group. She was responsible for the management of the twelve story TV Guide Tower and the Galaxy Theatre, a large retail shopping and entertainment center. Both buildings are located in downtown Hollywood.

While at CIM Group she was involved in the relocating of a bank, the construction of restaurants (including Hooters and Coffee Bean) and major renovations of several floors within the building, a face lift to the outside of the building and updating a parking structure.

Prior to working at CIM Group she worked at Cushman & Wakefield in the commercial brokerage division.

She is a graduate from Utah Valley University and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.

Christine Chung

Property Manager

Christine joined Tryad Properties in January 2007. As a property manager, she oversees approximately 630,000 sq. ft. of office buildings and retail centers in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Ventura Counties. She works in all aspects of real estate management including day-to-day operations; rent collections, 3-day notices/evictions, vendor selection and supervision, coordinating day porters, building engineers, contractors and tenant issues.

Prior to joining Tryad Properties, she managed residential properties throughout Southern California including South Bay and Torrance for two years. She has a real estate background including her California real estate license and her (CPM) Certified Property Manager designation. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Seattle majoring in Graphic Design and can speak Korean fluently.

Eric Ly

Property Accountant

Eric joined Tryad Properties in 2006. He is responsible for the processing of all receivables and payables for each property along with the full cycle of accounting documentation. He prepares all financial reports, month-end closing and year-end closing, and analyzes financial reports for multiple properties.

Before coming to Tryad Properties, Eric worked for the Real Estate Group for three years as a Property Accountant. He has also worked for MGM as a Corporate Accountant preparing and inputting journal entries and for an aerospace company in accounts payable and accounts receivable. Eric is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and can speak Vietnamese fluently.
